JOB SUMMARY:

General Admin is responsible for entering and managing TTM's supplier details for all North America facilities, Assist in the management of TTM's supplier database warehouse through SugarCRM maintenance and supplier alignment, Naming normalization in ERP's in support the Orion Project, Driving improvements related to supplier onboarding, document retention and other processes in support of Supply Chain Management.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supplier Files Management

  • Manage the Vendor Master Inbox and SRtrak by quickly processing requests, collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners including, finance, and procurement teams resolving issues and responding to colleague inquires in a timely manner
  • Review vendor documentation to ensure all required approvals and forms are complete and accurate prior to creating new supplier accounts, create accurate audit files to support our annual SOX audit requirements
  • Address gaps in supplier records, including but not limited to EIN's, DUNS numbers, email contacts and invalid addresses
  • Address gaps in supplier backup documentation, including but not limited to W9 forms, banking details, terms approvals and supplier account update request
  • Maintain functional desk manuals and procedural check lists by validating and updating as needed
  • Analyze and offer solutions to any supplier onboarding process using best-in-practice industry approaches

SugarCRM

  • Global Supplier Name maintenance
  • Assist in developing procedures and requirements for supplier document retention
  • Assist with entering suppler contact details for future email campaigns

Assist in adding various supplier classifications, compliance certification tags and renewal dates

Other

  • Support the Orion Project by completing time sensitive request for name normalization in ERPs
  • Exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information and adhere to TTM's high standards of confidentiality and honesty.
  • Provide thorough, professional and effective support on various interdepartmental projects
  • Gain an intimate knowledge of CORP-PP-019 and SCM concepts and responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced knowledge of TTM ERP tools preferred (Oracle, Great Plains, Paradigm, Fourth Shift, etc.)
  • Experience in a PCB manufacturing office environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage intercompany communication from multiple facilities and departments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, continually changing environment and effectively prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines
  • A team player who is willing and ready to help this developing team as needed

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION:

  • 1- 3 years of prior experience in Finance or familiarity with financial principles and concepts required
  • Experience working with internal key departments
  • Supply Chain Certification preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
