Scope:

Responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the Facilities Manager & EHS Manager in activities including, but not limited to: managing calendar, travel, & assisting with prep work for internal/external meetings and presentations, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage schedules for Facilities & EHS Manager

* Arrange and schedule travel for Facilities & EHS Manager

* Assist in prep work and previews for various internal/external meetings to include timelines, customer presentations.

* Generate reports as required

* Perform research as required

* Attend various meetings as required

* Process purchase orders

* Support Facilities & EHS Manager in organization of projects

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

* High school diploma required. Two year Associates Degree in business or related field or five years' experience in busy office setting preferred.

* Prior administrative experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred; prior multi-site work experience with 500+ employees a plus.

* Incumbent must be detail oriented and able to communicate

* Professional phone skills required

* Mechanical aptitude preferred.

* Must have an excellent background in Microsoft Office-(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* Must be able to multi-task and handle a heavy work load while meeting critical deadlines.

* Able to respond outside of normal working hours

* Must be able to adapt and be comfortable with continuous process improvements and a change culture.

* Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averages.

* Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.

* Sensitivity to confidential information is required

* Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Education and Experience:

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
