Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in people's lives? DaVita is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team and support patients with end-stage renal disease in our outpatient dialysis clinics.

As a PCT, you will be at the heart of patient care. Working under the guidance of our registered nurses, you'll provide direct, hands-on support during life-sustaining dialysis treatments, building strong relationships with patients and becoming a vital part of their ongoing care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Impactful Care: Provide safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis treatment.
• Be a Guardian of Health: Monitor patients closely before, during, and after their treatments to ensure their well-being.
• Master the Technology: Set up, operate, and maintain advanced dialysis equipment.
• Track the Details: Accurately record vital signs and essential patient data.
• Empower Through Education: Help patients understand their treatments and how to maintain their kidney health.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a supportive care team, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers.

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent.
• Comfort working in a clinical setting around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physical ability to remain active and on your feet during long shifts.
• Willingness to float between local clinics to support the wider community, if needed.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred but not required: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or previous healthcare experience.
