Job Details

Under general supervision of the Director - Manufacturer Operations & Data Services (MODS) and overall MODS/Secure Supply Chain leadership, this role is responsible for analyzing and supporting the effectiveness of existing supply chain processes as it relates to the supply chain activity, most importantly ensuring manufacturer compliance to the DSCSA by supplying data for all inbound shipments, as well as all outbound shipments to our downstream customers, while also helping our Distribution Center network in the identification and resolution of exceptions. Recommends and contributes to improved strategies to ensure DSCSA compliance for both Cencora and our upstream and downstream trading partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform first responder duties for all inbound supplier shipments & outbound shipments where exceptions occur by creating and sending incident reports to our Manufacturer partners and tracking to resolution.

  • Work with Distribution Operations and Cencora's manufacturer partners to track and resolve logistics and product packaging issues that affect operational productivity and/or compliance.

  • Works closely with suppliers and other functional areas to improve inbound data quality and resolve missing data and errors.

  • Evaluates, develops, and implements process improvements that improve effectiveness and improves the quality or magnitude of the end result.

  • Provide technical and analytical support to MODS, SGS, and other teams as needed.

  • Additional responsibilities as determined by the Manufacturer Operations team.

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
