SIS Maintenance Domain Standards and Training Lead

The SIS Maintenance Domain Standards & Training Lead is responsible for driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes across North America manufacturing operations. The role ensures alignment with Stellantis Industrial System (SIS), enhances CMMS performance, and builds organizational capability to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



  • Define, deploy, and sustain standardized maintenance processes, including roles, KPIs, and asset management methodologies across all plants
  • Govern CMMS performance to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and full traceability of maintenance activities (labor, spare parts, and failure analysis)
  • Lead the development and deployment of maintenance training programs (PM, EWO, core processes) and coach plant teams to ensure standard adherence
  • Drive maintenance performance by monitoring KPIs (PM compliance, cost, inventory) and implementing SIS-aligned continuous improvement practices (Gemba, standard work, visual management)
  • Support SIS audits, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and lead gap identification with defined action plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (manufacturing, maintenance, corporate) to align maintenance activities with production priorities and lead regular performance reviews
  • Track domain deliverables and maintain business club documentation
  • Organize business club agenda and follow up on plant presentations providing coaching and templates


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing operations
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and reliability principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results across multiple sites
  • Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA)
  • 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience working in the automotive industry
  • Experience in a multi-plant or regional role
  • Strong background in change management
  • Experience with data driven systems (CMMS / Power BI / analytics)
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or SIS methodologies
