North America Portfolio Planning Manager

Inspired by the challenge of delivering new automotive products, the Portfolio Planning team strives to understand the core motivations of our customers and leverage them to develop a focused product portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

The Portfolio Planning Manager will work with a variety of organizations including but not limited to Design, Brand, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance providing data analysis, alternatives, research summarization and program support work as required by the larger organization. Engagement with the Global Planning Team and other Regional Planning Teams may be necessary to drive for common solutions.

The Portfolio Planning Manager will also assist with the governance of North America Long Range Plan (LRP) and associated communication process. In addition to the governance work, the Portfolio Planning Manager will participate in special studies critical to the future success of Stellantis brands.

Basic Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • 8 years of related experience
  • Ability to develop solutions when presented with various situations
  • Ability to work within, as well as lead, cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for formulating context, identifying patterns, developing insights and implications, and delivering data driven alternatives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to meet aggressive deadlines and be available to support travel if required



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree with emphasis in Business, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Possess solid PowerPoint and Excel skills
