DESCRIPTION OF WORK

You will support daily maintenance operations by assisting mechanics, handling supplies, and helping care for equipment and building areas. This role ensures that tools, materials, and workspaces remain organized and ready for use. As a Tradesman Helper, you will perform the following duties:
- Mechanical Support: Assist mechanics with light repairs such as oil changes, tire mounting, and equipment servicing
- Parts Transport: Pick up parts, supplies, and equipment needed for garage and field operations
- Material Handling: Carry tools, parts, and supplies of varied weights and use hand tools when completing tasks
- Loading Assistance: Help load and unload vendor deliveries and inspect incoming items for accuracy
- Facility Upkeep: Perform general building tasks such as replacing light bulbs and maintaining clean work areas
- Equipment Cleaning: Wash trucks and equipment and keep the wash bay in presentable condition

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime, shift work, and travel required for emergencies, training, and specialized maintenance operations
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS Special Requirements:
- This position requires an active non-commercial Pennsylvania Class C driver's license or equivalent.
