The Senior Integration Analyst Developer serves as the technical lead for integrations, automation, and system enhancements within the Infor ecosystem. This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting complex interfaces and workflows that ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant operations. The position partners closely with Infor Application and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize business processes, and maintain system stability across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Technical Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Infor LPL, Infor IPA, Infor ION API, and related Infor OS tools.
• Build and support inbound/outbound interfaces between Infor and thirdparty systems.
• Develop data mapping, transformation logic, and technical specifications for new and existing integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies using Async and Work Units.

Analysis, Design & Documentation

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes, upgrades, and new integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test scripts, and support procedures.

Project Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Lead technical workstreams for Infor related projects and system enhancements.
• Partner with Infor and Other Operational teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with Infor and thirdparty vendors to resolve complex issues and implement best practices.

Quality, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure integrations and processes meet audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support data governance, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and production validation for system updates and releases.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant Infor experience supporting integrations within Infor for FSM/HRT CloudSuite applications.
• Handson experience with Infor Landmark Pattern Language(LPL), Infor Process Automation(IPA), Infor OS, APIs, Infor Data Fabric and Replication Sets, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments and complex integrations.
• Familiarity with HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Finance modules.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience developing and configuring Infor Workspaces.
• Infor technical certifications (FSM, HRT, Infor OS, Landmark).
