Job Summary
The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operations
within a production and warehouse facility, gaining hands-on experience in
manufacturing, logistics, and continuous improvement. This role works closely
with operations, warehouse, and leadership teams to assist with process
improvement initiatives, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity
efforts. The internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to
operational workflows while contributing meaningful support to the facility's
operational goals.

Key Tasks
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
* Actively
pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or
university
* Assist
with daily production and warehouse operations - including material flow,
staging, and inventory organization
* Collect,
analyze, and report operational data related to productivity, quality, and
efficiency
* Observe
and support production scheduling and workflow planning
* Assist
supervisors with documentation, standard work updates, and operational
reporting
* Help
ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
* Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
* Perform
general administrative and operational support tasks as needed

Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent, and currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.
