About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to join us. The Senior SharePoint/Power Platform Developer manages and extends NTSB's SharePoint Online environment and Power Platform ecosystem. This role owns SharePoint administration, migration, and architectural decisions while developing Power Apps, Power Pages, and API-integrated solutions that streamline investigative workflows across NTSB program offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Administer NTSB's SharePoint Online environment, including troubleshooting, event log administration, search administration, and service restoration
  • Plan and execute SharePoint migrations to Office 365, including topology services, backup and restore operations, and Service Pack and Cumulative Update deployments
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions that maximize usability and readiness for NTSB staff, including architectural improvements to farm structure and shared services
  • Manage all aspects of SharePoint Application management: Shared Services, Search Administration, Workflow Management, and External Service Connections
  • Develop Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows, including API integration with NTSB enterprise systems
  • Support the development and maintenance of Power Platform applications including the Investigative Artifact Manager and Box Automated Workspace Creation tools
  • Collaborate with application developers, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with NTSB's broader Microsoft ecosystem
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for all SharePoint configurations, Power Platform solutions, and custom integrations


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Master's degree (M.S. or M.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of SharePoint administration and development experience
  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365 migration, and SharePoint Application management including Search Administration and Workflow Management
  • Hands-on Power Platform development experience across Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and API integration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Graph API integration Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migration at enterprise scale
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Azure DevOps integration with Power Platform
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or SharePoint equivalent

Experience in a federal government SharePoint environment Degree Substitution Eight additional years of relevant experience beyond the minimum may substitute for the required degree. Six additional years combined with a qualifying certification (MCSE, MCSD, or equivalent) may also substitute.


Background Requirements:
Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
