Description
The Director of First Impressions & Events is accountable for greeting visitors in a cheerful, courteous and timely manner, determining the nature of business, and directing the visitor to the proper destination. Develops, coordinates, and promotes events and activities for Operations staff; maintains adequate office supplies and provides support for Operations department. ACCOUNTABILITIES Greets, welcomes, and directs visitors to the appropriate TTI Representative by asking relevant questions pertaining to the visit to ensure that the visitor is receiving the highest customer service experience possible. Maintains visitors log according to ITAR requirements. Oversee conference room logistics, ensuring rooms are properly prepared, stocked, and supported with catering and meal arrangements for internal and external meetings. Manage all building TV display content, ensuring information is accurate, appropriate, current, and aligned with company standards. Develops, coordinates, and promotes events and activities for Operations staff such as employee appreciation events, above and beyond recognitions, team building and employee engagement activities. Works closely with employees to address questions and guide them to the appropriate resources or contacts. Sorts daily incoming interoffice and postal mail for all employees; organizes outgoing postal mail and interoffice mail for daily pick-up. Provides administrative support to the Operations department by assisting with document preparation, coordination, and other routine office activities that support operational efficiency. Ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, workstation, and front conference room that reflects a positive first impression of TTI. Provides assistance in maintaining the security of our building by notifying designated staff of security breaches or emergencies. Completes special projects and other duties as assigned by Supervisor. COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED required; one to three years related experience is preferred. Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
