JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Student Activities Office has openings for a part-time, undergraduate Student Program Assistant for the University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC), designed to provide undergraduate students with hands-on learning experiences that will help them to develop valuable and transferable skills. The UPAC Program Assistant is familiar with the operations and programming held within the HUB-Robeson Center and provides exceptional customer service; be present and aware of your surroundings; keep the office area clean; be prompt; provide administrative, program planning and implementation assistance to the professional staff when needed; continually learn office processes including but not limited to data entry and other tasks as assigned; possess strong oral communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, have a positive attitude, and exhibit a professional image.
