AMD is seeking an Ethics &Compliance Program Manager to play a key role in building, scaling, and operationalizing our globalanti-corruption, competition, third-party risk management, and investigation programs. This rolereports to our Senior Corporate Counsel - Compliance and willtranslate compliance requirements intoscalable processes by leveragingAI, data, and automation.

The Person

  • Experienceoperatingin a fast-paced, global company, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Ableto design and scale compliance program operations with a pragmatic, risk-based mindset.
  • Strong program and project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • ExperienceleveragingAI, automation, workflows, and developing risk dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and a good sense of humor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage AIand automationtodesign, implement,scale, and continuously improvethe anti-corruption, competition,third party risk management, andinvestigationsprograms.
  • Adjudicatered flags in third-party diligence and monitoring platform, perform assessments, recommend mitigation actions,escalate results to subject matter experts, andtrack remediation.
  • Developcompliance riskdashboardsand perform trend analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders andpreparequarterly Board and Audit Committee materials.
  • Support internalinvestigations intake,tracking, coordination,andremediation.
  • Maintain audit-ready program documentation andmaintain centralizedrecord of updates to policies, systems, and processes.
  • Supportplanning, implementation, and change management forpolicy and control development.
  • Perform controls testing,identify opportunitiesfor enhancement, andresolve operational challenges tocontinuouslyoptimize program.

Preferred Experience

  • Experiencein compliance, risk, audit, or program management.
  • Experience supporting executive or Board reporting.
  • Experience withdataanalytics, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Familiaritywith complianceorrisk managementsoftwareand systems,such asthird-party due diligence andcase management platforms.
  • Technology or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Academic and Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CCEP/CCEP-I or similar certifications are a plus.
