How you make a difference in this role: This position plays a critical role in monitoring day-to-day administrative and operational performance, ensuring policy compliance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Additional duties and special projects are assigned as needed to support divisional and agency priorities. Job Overview: The Driver Services Operations Support Director provides executive-level operational oversight and strategic support to the Driver Services Division. This role ensures the effective coordination, compliance, and performance of credential issuance operations for our County Clerks, prison systems, and self-service kiosks across the State. Additionally, this role will oversee our Driver Training and Testing Program for new Tennessee drivers. Key Responsibilities:
