JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Lead and oversee all Branch Service Operations (Machinery, Power Systems, Rents, and Parts) to meet revenue, profitability, and performance goals.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage service activities, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements and drive continuous improvement in operational and financial performance.
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate service team members to ensure strong talent, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Enforce service policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain consistency and a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with company values.
  • Support labor relations, including administration of union matters and other workforce considerations.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, industry practices, and financial management, including interpreting P&L statements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
