Your responsibilities

The HR Operations Analyst at the thyssenkrupp North America Regional Platform (tkNA) is a member of the regional HR Operations organization, as well as corporate Human Resources. This role is primarily focused on supporting the success of the thyssenkrupp regional HR Operations team and will broadly support the regional HR services group at the North American regional platform.

The HR Analyst reports into the regional HR Operations function at the corporate Regional Platform and will interface with key members of corporate HR and Finance, group company HR/Payroll administrators, and vendors.

HR Operations Objectives

  • Receive, reconcile, and process vendor payments for the regional HR services function (i.e. Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting).
  • Facilitate monthly allocations of regional programs; coordinating with vendors, the system source data, and the regional finance organization to ensure timely, accurate, and documented payments.
  • Maintain a schedule of outbound and inbound interfaces to HR Info Systems, Payroll, and vendors; coordinating with other system administrators to resolve disruptions quickly.
  • Work with HRIS team to maintain system controls, ensuring data integrity through regular data audits and reconciliation.
  • Interpret requests for information, offering broad support; often by connecting multiple data sources into a single report output.

Your profile

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources function, preferably in an HR Operations or payroll role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including a high proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Businessolver, and Fidelity systems preferred
  • General understanding of accounting and payroll processes
  • Professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential material
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and highly professional demeanor
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to peers within a broad range of cultural backgrounds and global location
  • Fluent in English
