For more information, please visit www.verathon.com. Overview Verathon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Bothell, WA. This is a role for an HR professional who is ready to help our HR function move beyond the transactional and operate as a true strategic partner, one who helps shape how we build, develop, and retain the talent that drives Verathon forward. As a Senior HRBP at Verathon, you'll work side by side with leaders across our corporate functions to anticipate challenges, shape organizational capability, and translate people strategy into business results. You'll bring both the strategic vision to influence decisions at the highest levels and the hands-on execution to make things happen, from organizational design and talent development to change management and employee engagement. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, directors, and managers, helping them build high-performing teams and navigate a fast-paced, innovative environment. By diagnosing organizational needs, identifying solutions, and partnering with HR centers of excellence, you'll ensure that our people strategies are aligned to Verathon's growth and performance objectives. Qualifications
Salary range - $130,000 - $160,000 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range). Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
