Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute quality strategies across multiple sites aligned with business goals
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report key quality metrics and performance indicators
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer, supplier, and regulatory quality matters
  • Manage calibration systems, quality documentation, audits, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Oversee supplier quality programs and ensure compliance with product specifications and standards
  • Perform product evaluations, metallurgical testing, and quality analysis using established procedures
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support new product development, validation activities, and process improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and train quality personnel while driving data-based solutions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction

Here's what we're looking for.



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, continuous improvement, or manufacturing operations
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
  • Experience using measurement equipment, testing devices, and quality inspection tools
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), process capability (Cp/Cpk), standard deviation, and quality analysis methods
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25%, including domestic plant and supplier visits and occasional international travel to China to support global quality initiatives
