What You'll Do:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based ServiceNow MID servers and supporting infrastructure
  • Manage Linux server environments including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, and Ubuntu systems
  • Configure and support AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, VPCs, IAM, security groups, and networking components
  • Implement system hardening, patching, and security controls aligned with federal compliance standards such as STIGs and CIS benchmarks
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot Linux and cloud-related issues, and support system availability
  • Automate deployments and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
  • Maintain backup, disaster recovery, documentation, runbooks, and configuration management records
  • Coordinate with security and network teams to support secure connectivity and infrastructure operations
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field with 5+ years of related experience; OR Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of Linux system administration experience in enterprise environments
  • 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience including EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • 2+ years of experience using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • 2+ years of scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages
  • 2+ years of experience supporting secure cloud architectures and compliance frameworks including FedRAMP and FISMA
  • 1+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow MID servers or enterprise application infrastructure
What Sets You Apart:
  • RHCSA or equivalent Linux certification
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS SysOps Administrator certification
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow MID server environments and integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and systems performance optimization skills
  • Experience working within classified or highly regulated environments
  • Agile environment experience preferred
