Overview Our Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support energy efficiency initiatives by engaging prospective customers, driving interest in energy solutions, and scheduling consultations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-volume outreach environment and are passionate about helping customers identify cost-saving and sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce efficiency programs, generate interest, and schedule appointments * Manage inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, answering questions, and converting leads into scheduledconsultations * Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly call and performance targets * Evaluate and refine lead lists, research customer profiles, and identify high-potential prospects * Develop strong product knowledge of efficiency solutions to match offerings with customer needs (training provided) * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and outcomes within HubSpot CRM * Identify customer needs and tailor messaging to effectively engage a variety of prospect types * Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, call center, or customer-facing roles preferred * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport quickly * Ability to handle objections and adapt approach based on customer needs * Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a goal-driven environment * Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) is a plus Additional Skills * Coachable with a willingness to learn and implement feedback * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving goals * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Westwood, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
