This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring quality control, and supporting client and provider communications across healthcare-related programs and services. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately review, verify, and enter sensitive information while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies. The candidate must be a current resident of Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, courteous, and solution-oriented customer support to clients, patients, and providers
  • Accurately collect, review, and enter patient demographic and sensitive information into internal systems and databases
  • Perform quality control checks by reviewing provider documents, letters, and records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance standards
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or errors in documentation and follow up with providers or internal teams for clarification or correction
  • Maintain and update records in CRM systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle confidential healthcare information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies
  • Respond to customer and provider inquiries, resolving issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues or inconsistencies to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of documents, requests, and issue resolution
  • Generate reports, update records, and support administrative and operational functions as needed
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality assurance standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently while meeting established performance and efficiency goals
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
