What to Expect This role supports workplace strategy, occupancy planning, and ongoing employee moves across multiple R&D buildings. The Workplace Space Planning Specialist will partner closely with architects and workplace leadership to transform occupancy and utilization data into actionable space plans. The ideal candidate is sharp with numbers, comfortable working in databases and spreadsheets, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where space reshuffles and data requests are continuous.
