Position Summary Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training. PG&E/ATS is creating a team designed to build PG&E's internal capability for structured innovation - not as a peripheral experiment, but as a repeatable, embedded organizational capability. The team's mandate spans corporate innovation methodology, strategic foresight, portfolio thinking, and measurement. Innovation is notoriously difficult to measure, and the absence of good metrics is one of the most common reasons innovation programs lose credibility and funding. This role owns that problem. The Learning & Measurement Specialist designs the team's measurement framework, builds internal learning systems, and tells the story of the team's impact with rigor and transparency. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $ 82,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $ 124,000.00 Job Responsibilities
