From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Customer Supply Chain Specialist based in Londonderry, NH.

The Specialist, Customer Supply Chain will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with assigned customers, sales teams, and the internal supply chain team. The role will lead the order-to-delivery process for assigned accounts. The Specialist, Customer Supply Chain will report to the Manager, Customer Supply Chain.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accuracy and policy adherence which includes terms of sale, lead time, and inventory availability.
  • Identify internal opportunities to improve service to customers. Work with partners to implement initiatives that can be shared across customers, geographies, and business units.
  • Utilize Excel skills to understand and communicate key service metrics internally and externally and to drive customer analytics.
  • Communicate with customers by tracking order fulfillment and shipment status. Collaborate with other departments as necessary to process orders: secure appointments, clarify transportation requirements, and monitor fill rate.
  • Professionally and promptly resolve customer questions and problems by thoroughly researching issues, identifying root causes, and offering solutions.
  • Demonstrate good business judgment by knowing how to prioritize critical tasks during busy demand patterns.
  • Complete related records, reports, and documentation required to support assigned customers.
  • Meet service level expectations as defined by the customer and dedicated customer team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred.
  • Three to five years' experience in Customer Service / order management within a manufacturing environment desirable, education can be substituted.

Experience

  • SAP experience preferred.

Certifications and specific knowledge

  • Must possess strong computer skills, with knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing work environment.
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to large groups.
