Analytical & Financial Acumen

  • Build advanced pricing and cost models; ensure analytical rigor, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.

  • Validate savings logic and underlying assumptions; support value tracking integrity and reporting.

  • Play a significant role in Global Procurement's savings and operational reporting.

Risk, Governance & Compliance

  • Identify commercial and contract risks (pricing structure, term risk, scope ambiguity) and escalate appropriately.

  • Ensure sourcing documentation supports governance requirements and is suitable for audit review.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Mentor Analysts and improve analytical quality across the team through coaching, templates, and review practices.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing analytics, reporting, and standardized work.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.

  • 5+ years of applicable experience in strategic sourcing, procurement analytics, finance, or a related field.

  • Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to develop and interpret pricing/cost models.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders through structured insights and concise executive-level communication.

  • Experience supporting negotiation strategy development and evaluating supplier commercial proposals.

  • Demonstrated ability to support contract negotiations through advanced analysis of pricing, commercial structures, and risk considerations, in collaboration with Legal and business stakeholders.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing deadlines and ambiguous inputs.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
