Employment: Contract (7 months)

What You'll Do:
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and meet quality standards.
    • Monitor supplier performance and resolve material shortages, delivery delays, and supply chain issues.
    • Serve as the primary contact between suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams.
    • Analyze demand changes and adjust replenishment strategies to maintain material availability while minimizing inventory costs.
    • Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective actions to prevent disruptions.
    • Participate in supplier improvement initiatives alongside Supply Chain and Quality teams.
    • Train and coach suppliers on company systems, processes, and best practices.
    • Track and report key supply chain metrics, material availability, and supplier performance.
    • Use data to identify trends, influence stakeholders, and support operational planning decisions.
    • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies such as A3 and 4C problem-solving.
    • Lead medium-sized process improvement projects and contribute to larger supply chain initiatives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • 7+ years of experience in Logistics processes, Supply Chain and flows within scope of department, Planning systems (e.g. MRP).
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain management
  • 7+ years of experience in planning, Inbound Supply Chain Management processes and quality in a high-tech, low-volume environment
  • 7+ years of experience in planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP
  • 7+ years of experience in complex work environment with multiple stakeholders
  • 7+ years of experience in driving material planning
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain processes in production environment
