Role Descriptions & Responsibilities Dassault Systemes is recruiting an IT Procurement Manager for its North American Procurement Department, which covers multiple business units across the US, Canada, and Latin America. The IT Procurement Manager - Americas will report to the Director of Procurement Americas. You will work closely with the Local and Global Procurement Teams based in Waltham, New York, and France. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to defining and implementing purchasing strategy in North America. * Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement and sourcing activities * Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects including RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution * Manage supplier relationships to ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement * Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and industry trends * Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals * Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and contractual protections * Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecard * Identify and mitigate supply, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks within the IT supply chain * Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis activities * Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements * Drive process improvements and procurement best practices * Manage renewals, software licensing, and vendor consolidation initiatives where applicable Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or related field * 3-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with a focus on IT * Strong negotiation and contract management skills * Experience sourcing IT categories such as SaaS, cloud infrastructure, telecom, hardware, or IT services * Knowledge of procurement systems and sourcing tools * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle * Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and software licensing models You will be expected a work a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) based out of our Waltham, MA or New York, NY offices. #LI-HYBRID Shape your career with3DS! #WeAre3DS In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at 3DS are based on merit, qualifications and abilities. 3DS is committed to a policy of non-discrimination and equal opportunity for all employees and qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or medical or common conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, familial status, national origin, ancestry, age (40 and above), disability, veteran status, military service, application for military service, genetic information, receipt of free medical care, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. 3DS will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities, in accordance with applicable law.

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $85000 and $115000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus. | |
