The FF&E Coordinator I supports project teams by assisting with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This entry-level role focuses on basic planning, vendor coordination, and documentation tasks under supervision. The FF&E Coordinator I reports to the Director, Facilities Program Operations, with a dotted line report to Lead of FFE/Activation. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran
Responsibilities
- Handle Facilinet furniture and move requests.
- Obtain quotes for furniture & equipment and assist with procurement activities.
- Support planners with Trimble processes and documentation.
- Assist in managing project closeouts, including final invoices and details.
- Create and maintain project lists and budgets for user & project manager review.
- Work with Project Managers throughout project phases.
- Identify items in AST to reduce inventory and optimize purchasing costs.
- Attend key planning, design, and construction meetings.
- Maintain awareness of vendor contracts and client objectives.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable setting.
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Basic understanding of FF&E processes and project workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMAND
