We have 9 community pharmacy locations serving multiple Triad counties (Guilford, Alamance, Eden in Rockingham and Asheboro in Randolph).
Hours of operation vary by site between 6:30AM and 7PM, with some locations offering hybrid on-site/work from home positions. Weekend shifts are also required on a rotating basis.
We are reimagining pharmacy practice with our centralized services pharmacy where teams play a critical behind-the-scenes role ensuring patients receive the medications and support they need.

The Pharmacy Technician II Certified Retail Specialty performs specialized functions necessary to assist pharmacists in providing safe, efficient, and cost-effective services. Working under moderate supervision, this role helps to maintain the workflow, inventory, billing and other pharmacy processes.

Essential Job Function:

  • Receives and transcribes orders, answers phones, and sells prescriptions in order to maintain the pharmacy workflow.
  • Assists in inventory maintenance.
  • Serves as a reference for other pharmacy technicians.
  • Helps mentor employees through training and orientation processes.
  • Leads and implements process improvement and departmental quality initiatives.
  • Delivers quality customer service to every patient.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Required: 2 years

Licensure/Certification/Listing:

  • Pharmacy Technician certification through PTCB or NHA prior to hire. Registered with the NC Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.
