Job Description:

The Inventory Control Analyst supports inventory management and control activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and systems.

The position works under close to moderate supervision, applying basic supply chain and inventory control principles to support operational efficiency, material availability, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems through transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.

  • Support daily, weekly, and periodic cycle counts and physical inventory activities.

  • Investigate and resolve basic inventory discrepancies (quantity, location, transactions).

  • Monitor inventory levels and report variances or risks impacting production or operations.

  • Assist with inventory movement, transfers, and system updates to ensure traceability.

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve inventory issues.

  • Support inventory audits by gathering data, documentation, and reconciliation records.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, inventory policies, and quality system requirements.

  • Maintain accurate item master data, inventory locations, and material attributes.

  • Generate routine inventory reports and dashboards for operational visibility.

  • Identify basic process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to ERP/MRP systems and inventory processes.

  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with inventory audits, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution processes.

Pay Range:

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Livermore, California pays between $59,400.00 and $77,910.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
