Fraud Specialist / Fraud Operations Specialist I

In this role, you will conduct in-depth analysis and investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities across all business channels. Your expertise will help authenticate customer identities, evaluate fraud trends, and support the implementation of policies designed to deter fraud, ensuring a safe experience for our valued customers. This hybrid position offers a blend of collaborative office work and remote flexibility, all within a supportive environment that values your skills and initiative.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens and programs
  • Strong analytical and research skills to assess fraud risks and patterns
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or fraud investigations
  • Proficient typing and phone communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a Windows-based environment


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center environment


Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Shift hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, with training from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
  • Ability to work hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after training
  • Strong team communication skills, utilizing tools like Slack for daily updates
