Talent Advisor, Senior

Your Role

The Talent Acquisition team manages the recruitment lifecycle for all internal employment positions for Blue Shield of California. The Talent Advisor, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. We are seeking a Talent Advisor with IT, high volume or healthcare experience.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting within healthcare, IT or high volume is required
• Experience in managing internal client expectations and relationships is required
• Experience in sourcing, resume screening, and phone interviews for hard-to-fill roles is required
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday Recruiting, or similar ATS is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, results-driven with the ability to prioritize recruitment responsibilities, can work urgently/independently, and can meet strict deadlines

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
