Infor is seeking a GTM Operations Lead will serve as the analytical, diagnostic and strategic backbone of its Revenue Operations function. This role owns the performance intelligence layer of GTM execution - translating pipeline, funnel, and capacity data into decisions that leadership can act on. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Data to drive GTM efficiency and revenue outcomes. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role with broad cross-functional reach and regular exposure to senior leadership.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Analyze end-to-end funnel performance - pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and close rates - to surface risks, diagnose root cause, and identify growth opportunities across segments, geos, and teams
- Build and maintain decision-grade KPIs, models, and reporting infrastructure that powers weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Translate complex, multi-variable analyses into executive-ready insights and structured recommendations with a clear point of view
- Own or co-own annual GTM planning inputs, including pipeline coverage modeling, attainment scenario analysis, and capacity planning
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Data, and RevOps to identify and close gaps in GTM efficiency and pipeline health
- Support territory design, segmentation analysis, and account prioritization as needed within the broader GTM Operations operating model
Basic Qualifications:
- Background in management consulting, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Sales Analytics within B2B SaaS or technology
- Strong GTM fundamentals (pipeline, funnel conversion, capacity, productivity)
- Expertlevel Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, Power Query, scalable models)
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders with datadriven insights
- Comfort working crossfunctionally and presenting to executive audiences
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Sales Operations in a software company.
- Experience presenting to executive team.
