Description As the first non-delivery business development resources within Syneos Health Consulting, the Business Development Executive (BDE) role will advance our consulting performance and brand by leading strategic accounts efforts across the advisory groups within Syneos Health Consulting. This role is strategic and hands-on; it's a player/coach role that requires the skillset to sell while playing a critical role in developing client relationships and representing the full extent of consulting capabilities. The remit will include direct engagement with leaders across our strategic accounts to identify opportunities, advocating clients needs to the consulting team and working collaboratively with consultants to find opportunity. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies and account frameworks for planning, driving pipeline growth, and enabling revenue acceleration across our offerings. The BDE will partner closely with consulting leadership, practice leads, delivery teams, subject matter experts, marketing, prospectors, and others across Syneos Health to shape go-to-market strategy and catalyze growth.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
