Posting Date 06/12/2026 3201 S 323rd St, Federal Way, Washington, 98001-5023, United States of AmericaGENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position assists the payroll tax team to ensure our systems are updated and accurate for teammate tax set up. This includes performing daily tax audits, completing tax registrations and responding to teammate tax questions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Daily tax audits and update of TM taxes
Provide tax deposit amounts to Corporate Treasury as scheduled Facilitate new tax filings and registrations
Administrative tasks
Respond to teammate tax questions Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required 0-2 years of experience High school diploma Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook Preferred Bachelor's degree in related area One year payroll experience One year of Workday Payroll System CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS Travel: Extremely limited Work Schedule: Ability to flex schedule (work hours) to support business need, including the ability to work occasional nights, early mornings and weekends. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
