Overview NaphCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to serve as the Health Services Administrator (HSA) at the Mobile County Metro Jail in Mobile, AL. **Candidates must hold an active RN license and have strong healthcare leadership experience to be considered.** As the HSA, you will lead our medical and mental health teams to ensure patients receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity, and health. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, setting clear expectations, recruiting and developing staff, communicating operational changes, and supporting clinical excellence throughout the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven nurse leader who enjoys building teams, mentoring staff, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities The Health Services Administrator (HSA) leads our medical and mental health services teams to ensure patients receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity, and health. Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with the Medical Director, Mental Health Director, and other clinical leaders to establish priorities and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Qualifications Experience / Requirements / Qualifications
Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
