FlexCare Vehicle Protection is the official factorybacked vehicle service contract provider for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo in the United States and Puerto Rico. FlexCare products include vehicle repair coverage, prepaid maintenance, and other consumer protection products. As the North America Regulatory & Compliance Manager, you will ensure that the U.S. FlexCare Vehicle Protection portfolio remains fully compliant with state regulations, bank and underwriting requirements, and applicable court decisions. This role is critical to maintaining regulatory integrity across a nationwide portfolio of regulated consumer protection products. This position is well suited for regulatory professionals with experience in insurance, banking, financial services, extended warranties, or other regulated protection products (such as vehicle, home, appliance, or similar programs). You will manage the licensing and forms strategy for new and existing products in response to an evolving regulatory landscape. In addition, you will lead compliance related inquiries and responses, collaborate with product teams on regulatory driven changes, and partner with IT and data systems teams to ensure accurate, compliant delivery of consumer terms and conditions.
