| Position Summary |
The Player Personnel Coordinator manages a database of prospective student-athletes using various tools to identify and initially evaluate. Serve as a recruiting specialist/analyst for assigned position coaches. The employee will manage game-day logistics for visiting prospective student-athletes and coordinate and schedule all logistics relating to private and commercial travel for the coaching staff. Oversee personnel and recruiting deliverables to include visitor lists, camp results, contact periods, offers, etc. |
| Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
- Previous experience in football recruiting or player personnel department or related area; Familiar with and demonstrate a commitment to compliance with NCAA and SEC rules.
- Ability to communicate and organize schedules.
- Ability to stay up to date with recruiting current events and keep coaches informed.
- Understand computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Work nights and/or weekends and holidays.

Scouting & Roster Database
- Manage, improve, maintain high school player database.
- Scout, identify, and track prospects for assigned positions
- Serve as high school recruiting specialist for assigned position coaches.
- Build and maintain relationships for assigned positions.
- Oversee watch lists, evaluate practices, cut-ups, and other information for assigned positions.
- Input and update measurements post-visits for UGA and non-UGA camps.
- Supervise and provide quality control for recruiting film input process to include game film, UGA, and non-UGA camp film.
- Assist with measuring prospects and UGA roster.
- Assist with college prospect scouting
- Oversee personnel and recruiting deliverables
