As the Facilities Supervisor II, you'll play a key leadership role in keeping Central City Concern's housing communities safe, functional, and ready for the people who rely on them. Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, you'll guide daily operations, support a skilled team of maintenance professionals, and help drive the timely completion of unit turns across our housing portfolio. You'll lead the coordination of work orders, prioritize unit readiness, and ensure our painters and maintenance staff have the support and direction needed to succeed. From improving workflows to solving day-to-day challenges, you'll help create efficient systems that keep homes available and communities thriving. Company: Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. Location: The Butte, 610 NW Davis St, Portland, OR (Please note that this position requires travel between various Central City Concern locations.) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Compensation: $56,000/yr - $79,000/yr, Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED and three years of experience in facilities maintenance to include one year of lead or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and general safety precautions.
- Must possess a current driver's license, access to a vehicle, and qualify as an Acceptable Driver as designated in Central City Concern's Fleet Safety policy. Must pass an initial driver's training within 60 days of being an approved driver and continue recertification training. Must maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 personal auto liability coverage.
- Must possess or obtain certification in Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) and Lead-based Paint Activities by the Oregon Health Authority (OHS) within 30 days of start date and must submit proof of certification to HR within 30 days from start date.
- Ability to adhere to Central City Concern's drug-free workplace which encourages a safe, healthy and productive work environment and strictly complies with the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988. An employee shall not, in the workplace, unlawfully manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess or use a controlled substance or alcohol.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, and lift heavy objects to 50lbs, at least 3 feet off the ground, up to three times per shift.
- Must be able to climb stairs several times a day.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check. This includes clearance by the DHS Background Check Unit.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Plan andfacilitateregular staffmeetings.
- Provide feedback andcoaching to team members,supporting the quality of their work.
- Provideadditionaltrainingto staff as needed tomaintainprogram standards.
- Professionally communicateverbally and in writing at all levelsto effectively share information.
- Work proactively with Human Resources to improve employee performance and ensure staff discipline.
- Maintain daily staff schedules and fill shifts.
- Maintainenvironmental servicessupply inventory and equipment.
- Perform building upkeep, room inventory, room turnover, vacant room preparation tasks, and routine pest control measures.
- Respond personally to all physical plant emergencies in a forthright and timely manner using self- or outside contracted service organizations.
- Supervise the dispatch, delivery, and pick-up of equipment for the maintenance of buildings.
- Supervise, document, and record the execution of required fire alarm drills to remain in compliance with State and local laws and Oregon Administrative Rules.
- Identify, plan for, and implement all building repairs/remodeling projects by use of self, assigned staff, or outside contractors.
- Perform site inspections independently and with employees to ensure quality control measures are met.
- Develop and improvestaff onboarding and ongoing development curricula.
- Provide training to existing and new employees and ensure staff are registering themselves and attending all required training.
- Work with relateddepartmentsand outside vendors tomaintainproperty condition and standards.
- Assistwithmonitoringbudgets, ensuring program expenses do not exceedallocatedbudgets.
- Stay current and implement industry best practices.
- Adhere to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and to CCC policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security. Support compliance with all privacy and security requirements pursuant to community partners' and outside providers' patient confidentiality agreements, including privacy and security requirements for EMR access. This includes immediate reporting of any PHI breach of CCC or outside provider health records to the CCC Legal and Quality departments, as well as to the program administrator.
