We're also proud to say thatThe Last of Us Parts I and II are now available for the first time on PC. Currently, we'rebusy at the kennel working on Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and we'd love to findtalented individuals to join us. In service of these goals, Naughty Dog is growing our production team! We're looking for an experienced Producer to join us in the studio and elevate our team's capabilities. We are looking for the right candidate to get in early and help define the processes, requirements, and infrastructure that will support the project through launch and beyond. In this role you'll have a significant impact on the way we work, both within the game team and production team, by leveling up the skills we apply to theproduction of our games as well as the structures we work within. On the game team side, you'll partner with leads and directors to understand their needs. You'll developprocesses to improve communication, scheduling, and overall quality of life; all whiledeveloping the kind of ground-breaking video games we're famous for. Our idealcandidate is someone with a deep understanding of the complexities of gamedevelopment and a track record of building processes to help the team achieve theirhighest potential. You'll bring your organizational skills, understanding of communicationpipelines, leadership experience, and passion for making games - and above all, yourempathy to inspire the team and rally support for our shared vision!
