Job Description: Title: Senior Recruiter Location:Remote - USA, Canada Reports to:Sr. Manager, Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition Vacancy:This is an existing vacancy The Role:As a Senior Recruiter, you will operate as a strategic talent advisor, owning end-to-end hiring across a complex portfolio of roles while directly influencing how JD Power hires. You will partner with senior leaders, People & Culture, and Finance to translate business strategy into forward-looking hiring plans. This is a transformation role. We are shifting from transactional recruiting to a proactive talent engine. You will help design and embed this shift by bringing structure, rigor, and market insights to searches, while raising the bar on hiring quality, consistency, and decision-making. This position has a starting salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting.
