and executes the small onsite and merchant BD strategy to meet growth targets - Accountable
for delivering annual growth results for the assigned region - Reviews
and helps set BD KPIs and objectives for sales teams - And you will regularly
evaluates BD opportunity reports to guide tactics and next steps, as well to represent Linde with public, private, and government BD organizations - You will ensure BD plans align with long and shortterm strategies and negotiation
approaches - Validates
opportunities across business units and supports proposal and contract preparation - Manages
expenses in alignment with corporate budget expectations - Supports
sales in building seniorlevel customer relationships and broadening engagement across Linde - Also, you will participate in negotiating longterm, complex, projectbased agreements
What makes you great
- Demonstrates
exceptional written and verbal communication skills; listens effectively and responds confidently in real time - Brings
experience in business development or project development roles - You hold at least five years of commercial experience in a relevant industry
- Possesses
contracting experience for small or large onsite supply or pipeline supply agreements - Willing
and able to travel 25% or more as required by the role
