Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future

At Presidio, we're at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.

The Role

The Integration Project Specialist will support the execution of Presidio's active acquisition portfolio by ensuring timely completion of integration deliverables, tracking progress against business case financial targets, and maintaining operational rigor across multiple concurrent integration programs. This role is critical to the Integration Management Office's ability to move quickly and consistently by keeping workstreams on track, surfacing risks early, and ensuring that integration milestones translate to measurable business outcomes. The Specialist will also play an active role in iterating on Presidio's integration playbook, documenting lessons learned and improving the systems, templates, and processes that support each integration lifecycle.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Track and report on integration deliverables, milestone completion, and business case KPIs across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions spanning multiple geographies and integration types.
  • Maintain integration workstream trackers, risk logs, and issue registers; ensure all documentation is current, accessible, and audit-ready for IMO leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Document meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs for integration steering committees, workstream syncs, and cross-functional leadership sessions; follow up on open items to drive accountability.
  • Monitor progress against Day 1, Day 100, and Year 1 integration milestones, flagging deviations from plan and identifying the workstream owners responsible for resolution.
  • Support financial performance tracking by maintaining visibility into synergy realization, revenue targets, and cost commitments from pre-close business cases, coordinating with Finance and functional leads as needed.
  • Proactively escalate risks to integration timelines, financial targets, or stakeholder commitments to the VP of Integration before they become critical issues.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Presidio's integration playbook by capturing best practices, flagging process gaps, and proposing enhancements based on in-flight learnings.
  • Assist with preparation of IMO leadership updates, monthly business reviews, and board-level integration reporting materials.
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation across acquired company contacts, Presidio functional leads, and external advisors operating across U.S., UK, and Ireland-based integrations.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and / or military experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in project coordination or program management within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, ideally spanning more than one department or business unit simultaneously.
  • Strong command of Microsoft O365, including Excel (for tracker and reporting builds), PowerPoint (for executive deliverables), SharePoint (for document management and workstream libraries), Teams, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional information into clear, concise updates for diverse audiences from integration leads to executive sponsors.
  • High organizational discipline with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, maintain documentation standards, and operate independently with limited oversight.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity as this role works across gray areas, evolving processes, and integrations without perfect playbooks

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Prior exposure to M&A integration, post-merger integration programs, or corporate development whether in a support, coordination, or functional workstream role.
  • Experience supporting financial performance tracking or business case governance (e.g., synergy capture, KPI reporting, budget-to-actual variance monitoring).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent; comfort building and maintaining structured trackers from scratch.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or some formal project management training.
  • Experience working across international teams or multi-entity organizations, particularly in environments with geographic or regulatory complexity.
  • Familiarity with technology-focused industry and operations
