Job Overview: Step into a Materials Manager, Warehouse & Inventory role with ILC Dover, an Ingersoll Rand brand company blending NASA-born innovation with critical life science impact. As part of our Chemicals team, you'll support the manufacture of high-quality materials and media used in GLP-1 production, upstream bioreactors, custom chemical solutions, complex formulations, and WFI-quality water-all within a regulated, quality-driven environment where precision, compliance, and operational excellence matter. The Materials Manager leads daily materials flow across the site, with primary ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, shipping, replenishment, and material avai lab ility to support production and customer commitments. While the role includes planning and purchasing coordination, the core focus is ensuring inventory is accurate, avai lab le, properly transacted, and aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with production, planning, procurement, quality, engineering, finance, and sales to support materials from BOM setup and planning through final shipment. The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse and materials management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally medical device, drug product, API, excipients, or related pharmaceutical settings. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who values inventory accuracy, traceability, compliance, and process discipline-and wants meaningful ownership, team leadership, and the ability to make a visible impact in a nimble, col lab orative operation.
