ABOUT THE ROLE: The Test Technician supports engineering by building, instrumenting, troubleshooting, and validating systems, machinery, components, prototypes, automated equipment, and electrical, software, hydraulic, and robotic systems. This role assists with the selection, setup, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production test equipment and fixtures, including automation control panels, PLCs, AC/DC drives, programmable relays, timers, contactors, motors, and pneumatic cylinders and valves. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with a variety of equipment and systems, and supporting product development through testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement. Total Compensation = $53,700 - $80,500 + Benefits Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. The salary range reflects both entry into the role and future growth.
