Team Lead - Organic Repair Capability Assessment Team
Position Summary: Life Cycle Engineering has a contingent opening for a Team Lead for the Organic Repair Capability Assessment (ORCA) Team, supporting services for the Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP) Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT). The ORCA Team Lead is responsible for all Organic Repair Capability Assessment operations. This position leads the ORCA team through three- to four-day structured assessments of shipboard workshop capability, Industrial Plant Equipment inventory and configuration, critical NEC fill rates, and self-sufficiency for sustained operations at sea. The ORCA Team Lead owns the program's highest-analytical-density work: Root Cause Analysis (up to 20 instances per contract year), configuration audits, and data delivery to NSWC Corona for the Government's ORCA dashboard. This position requires deep knowledge of shipboard repair infrastructure across all ten supported hull classes, and the management maturity to sequence complex four-day assessments that minimize impact on the ship's operational schedule. This contract has a contingent start of September 2026. Security Clearance Requirements:
