Team Analyst - Organic Repair Capability Assessment Team
Position Summary: Life Cycle Engineering has a contingent opening for a Team Analyst for the Organic Repair Capability Assessment (ORCA) Team, supporting services for the Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP) Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT). The ORCA Team Analyst supports the ORCA Team Lead across all phases of workshop and IPE assessment, Root Cause Analysis, configuration audit, and NSWC Corona data delivery. This position combines technical assessment capability with the analytical and documentation skills to produce the ORCA program's highest-complexity deliverables: the ORCA Material Deficiency Report, the IPE RCA Reports, the Training/IPE Matrix Report, and the ORCA dashboard data submissions. The Analyst is the program's primary point of interface with NSWC Corona on data format, quality, and submission schedule, and must be capable of independently completing RCA documentation to the standard. This contract has a contingent start of September 2026. Security Clearance Requirements:
