Summary: The Associate Director, Enterprise Commercial Data Management focuses on the continued development, governance, and enhancement of Pacira's enterprise commercial data ecosystem. Key stakeholders include Insights & Analytics, Trade Operations, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Market Access, Marketing, Sales, and external data partners. This role reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Data & Advanced Analytics. The responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and executing a comprehensive commercial data roadmap, strengthening master data management and data governance, enabling enterprise reporting and advanced analytics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure Pacira's commercial data is accurate, accessible, well-documented, and fit for business use. The scope may cover Pacira's in-line products including EXPAREL, ZILRETTA, and iovera, pipeline projects including PCRX-201, and broader enterprise commercial data needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background across commercial data management and analytics and will work closely across the Insights & Analytics team to scale trusted data capabilities, improve decision-making, and help address unmet needs in the pain and regenerative health space. Benefits
Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $141,000 annually to $194,000 annually. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered.
