POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

The QC/QA Lead - Custodial/Landscape provides oversight and management of custodial and landscape O&M quality assurance functions in large facilities. This role sets standards, develops processes, and ensures compliance with service contracts and best practices.

1. Quality Program Leadership:
   
   * Develop, implement, and manage QC/QA programs for custodial and landscape operations.
   
   * Prepare and maintain method statements and documentation.
2. Compliance & Process Improvement:
   
   * Oversee compliance with cleaning and landscaping standards.
   
   * Audit and evaluate performance; implement corrective actions.
3. Reporting:
   
   * Maintain clear documentation of audits, corrective actions, and team performance.
4. Working Conditions:
   
   * Role is split between office work and on-site facility inspections.
   
   * Occasional after-hours oversight.
5. Physical Requirements:
   
   * Must be able to inspect facility interior/exterior environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Secret Clearance required.

* Bachelor's degree in a facilities management discipline.

* Minimum fifteen (15) years in major industrial or construction project QC/QA roles.

* Minimum five (5) years as a QC/QA Lead.

* In-depth knowledge of custodial and landscape O&M standards.
