Overview To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. Responsabilitites * Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis. * Keep the hotel decoration in good condition. * Clean all work areas after completing the job. * Fill out the Daily Work form. * Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. * Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. Physical Requirements: * 100% of mobility required in all areas of hotel property and ground * Some continuous standing required * Stairs - up to approximately 90 steps Working Environment: * All areas of the resort (indoors and outdoors). * Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. * Exposure to various hazardous chemicals. * Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
